Promenade Plantee, Paris
The Promenade Plantee is an elevated garden that has been constructed on an old abandoned railway viaduct that connected Paris to Bastille. I think this is really cool and I should pencil in a walk thru the gardens on my Paris trip.
They also have another one in New York, also built on an abandoned railway line.
